WESTWOOD 2009 POOL SEASON

Westwood Recreation IDs are now available. Landowners 14 yrs of age and older must obtain a new Recreation ID and sign a new Liability Release for use in any of the common areas. Residents must be 18 or older to sign the Release. This Recreation ID is a photo ID. You must come to the Westwood Office to obtain the new Recreation ID.

Pool Season Dates:

The operation of the pools is as follows:

MAY 29th to Sept 6^th DAILY * 10 am to 8 pm

HOLIDAYS Open 10 am to 8 pm

* MONDAY OPEN 4PM TO 8 PM (MAINTENANCE DAY)

(IF A HOLIDAY IS ON A MONDAY, MAINTENANCE WILL BE ON TUESDAY INSTEAD)

LAST DAY OF POOL SEASON – SEPT 6^TH

Landowners/Residents are welcome to use any of the following facilities as long as they are in good standing and have obtained their Recreation ID from the Westwood office.

APPLICATION FOR RECREATION ID and POOL RULES/INDEMNITY RELEASE

The Application, Pool Rules, and Release must be completed and submitted to the office in order to obtain a Recreation ID.

The Westwood subdivision has three pools located within the subdivision:

Nickaburr Creek Dr.

Oak Bluff Dr.

Westwood North Dr.

PRIVATE POOL PARTIES

If you are considering have a pool party at one of Westwood's pools please read below.

THERE IS ANOTHER INDEMNITY RELEASE THAT MUST BE SIGNED FOR A PARTY PASS. IT MUST BE SIGNED IN FRONT OF A NOTARY. (WESTWOOD'S OFFICE MANAGER IS A NOTARY.)

Pool Fees for a party are as follows: $100.00 fee with a $100.00 deposit.

Parties are to be booked and paid in advance through the Westwood office. Parties are not allowed during holiday weekends, because of the heavy usage. Parties will only be booked for the Nickaburr Creek or Oak Bluff pools for a three hour time block as these locations are not as heavily used as the Westwood North location.
