NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH NOTICES December 2009 Beware of door to door solicitors that are scams. October 2009 Mail stolen from mailbox at 818 Box Elder Dr. October 4, 2009 (At night) 1011 Fairbanks Dr. a trucks was broken into. The truck was locked, the window was shattered and wallets (2) were stolen. February 24, 2009 (At night) 32906 Oak Creek Dr - vehicle was unlocked but bible, ipod and other items were stolen from the vehicle. (At night) Someone broke in the front door of Ainsworth Meat at 32955 FM 2978. Nothing taken. February 18, 2009
A woman was driving through the Westwood
subdivision. (It is not known if this was a resident or not.) This
happened near the pool on Westwood North Dr. A hispanic male in his
20's with shaggy hair, and a white shirt with a beer logo was on foot
and ran into her vehicle purposely. He made a scene that he was hurt,
and she stepped out to make sure that he was ok. That is when he
pulled out the gun and took her wallet. To date, this person has not
been caught.
Jan, 2009- We have received several calls concerning vehicle tamperings and mailbox vandalism. Please keep your vehicles locked at all times. If you see someone that looks suspicious walking the streets late at night, call the sheriff's department to report it.

7090 Nickaburr Creek Dr. was burglarized sometime between 6 pm and 11 pm. Their back fence was broken down, and burglars broke into the back door and took valuable items. This family has a security system on their home, but it did not deter the burglars.
